Metamorphosis is a collection of positive, inspirational and soulful songs recorded and produced in the UK. The music was inspired by Karen's own personal inner journey and experiences and the album was produced in the spirit of creating something that felt personally complete. Karen recorded the album purely for her self-expression, in the hope that others may find a connection with the music.

Just to let you know I really love your Cd and your voice and lyrics. I am a singer myself and am very sensitive to energetics especially in a person's voice . I just finished listening for the 2nd time today and I love the music. I am originally from Dublin Ireland..so I am enjoying some of the celtic tones. The first track I played I felt the energy of the earth and the faries came into my inner vision. I have done a little songwriting and recording myself and after listening in the early hours this morning I dreamt of meeting lots of people that were asking me to collaborate with them on writing together. Then this afternoon a friend of mine called and asked me that very thing. Life is amazing .
