Karen is an award winning singer songwriter from South Australia. After having spent several years abroad writing, performing and teaching in London, England, she returned to Australia in 2011. Her soulful, atmospheric musical style is eclectic and is influenced by artists such as Kate Bush, Joni Mitchell, Tori Amos, kd lang, Seal, Nitin Sawhney. Karen is a fully qualified & and highly respected singing teacher and vocal coach and is the Head of Vocals for the Academy of Music and Sound.
Complementing her creative work as a musician, Karen has been involved in the healing arts for over 20 years. She has qualifications in yoga, sound and colour therapy. She is a light worker, a Reiki Master, healer and psychic tarot reader.
